  • Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) Program
  • Hospital Value-Based Purchasing (HVBP) Program
  • Hospital Acquired Condition Reduction Program (HACRP)
  • Hospital Readmission Reduction Program (HRRP)
  • Electronic Health Records (EHR) Incentive Program
  • Program alignment, goals, and conclusion
