She also earned the Certified Fraud Examiner credential and she serves as an arbitrator, rendering binding opinions for a government regulator.
Ms. Lizaso earned a BA in Comparative Psychology from University of South Florida/Tulane University (Founder’s Scholar) and a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from University of Miami School of Law. Shobha also serves as legal counsel or advisor to several non-profit organizations and is founder of the Captive Animal Research & Enrichment (C.A.R.E.) Society, a 501(c)3 non-profit that focuses on enriching the lives of animals in captivity.
